Dear Dr. Foster,
I wrote to you at the beginning of January when my son was off of steroids for 2 weeks. He then flared after a vigorous game of basketball so another round of pred forte. He is now off again for 2 weeks and clear for now. We go back to the opth. in a few days which would bring us to one month off(hopefully clear). He is on Celebrex 2x a day and Xibrom drops 2x a day. There seems to be some connection to the last flare and his exertion on the court because he had a break in basketball and he had no cells. My question is if the cells return because of exertion, is the Celebrex enough to control them? Once his body is at rest for a few days the eye clears. I'm not sure what to make of all of so can you please help me to understand.
