POSTED BY THE WEBMASTER ON BEHALF OF AN INQUIRY THROUGH THE SLCERODERMA NETWORK:
Hello, A short while ago I went to an optician for an eye test and she sent me for X-rays and said the back of one eye does not look right so she referred
me to an eye specialist. I have has Lichen sclerosis for a number of years and have been checked each year by a specialist to ensure the condition is being
kept under control. I was just checking the net for the latest developments on treatment for Lichen sclerosis when I read that in some cases this condition
can affect the retina of some lichen sclerosis patients. I have not been able to find much more about this on the internet so when I came across your
website I thought I would email to ask if you know anything about this?
I would be grateful if you could reply and let me know.
Thank you,
June
