			<description><![CDATA[ My daughter was diagnosed with poly-JIA in October 2008 after turning 2 years old. She was put on oral corticosteroids and naproxen to control her initial
joint inflammation and pain.

After 6 weeks and no decrease in inflammation, we added oral methotrexate.

In December of 2008 she had a slit lamp exam and showed no signs of inflammation.

I have had recurring bouts of anterior Uveitis, 1988, 1990, 1998, two episodes in 2008, and now 3 in 2009.   Each time predforte drops have cleared it up
withiin a few weeks, and eye pressures have always been normal.   The increasing trend is obviously a concern - how long before the eye is likely to be damaged
by the steroid drops?    Any approximate guides?    I have had some basic tests done and no apparent cause has been established.   I am 56yrs old. ]]></description>

viral menengitis (had Ivig week and half ago) , or lymes disease which they tested me for today. Dr. Deluise is sending me to a Dr. at Yale that specializes in
bells palsy plastic surgery.  They are worried about my cornea.  I was wondering if this will effect my scleritis at all especially if any surgery is involved.
